Dia menggunakan buku sihir yang dinamakan Grimoire Vanitas untuk menghapus kutukan jahat yang merusak para vampir dan mengubah mereka menjadi monster penghisap darah. Tapi… buku sihir ini juga dirumorkan sebagai buku kutukan yang melahirkan para vampir pada malam hari ketika bulan purnama. Noe adalah vampir yang mencari Grimoire. Siapa sebenarnya Dokter Vanitas ini? apa rahasia yang dia simpan dan takdir macam apa yang timbul dari mantra rahasia itu terhadap kaum vampir?
