Setelah bakatnya dalam sihir penyembuhan ditemukan, dia memutuskan untuk menjadi sukarelawan di tentara sebagai petugas medis kelas dua, semuanya untuk mengumpulkan uang bagi panti asuhan tempat dia dilahirkan dan dibesarkan. Namun, tanpa mendapatkan pelatihan sihir, dia dimasukkan ke dalam pasukan penyerang, berulang kali bertempur di medan perang paling kejam di “Front Barat”. Misi yang diberikan kepadanya adalah menjadi petugas medis pribadi jagoan garis depan, Garback, dan tidak membiarkannya mati dengan cara apa pun. Tapi dia ternyata adalah komandan terburuk, yang akan berusaha mendapatkan hasil apapun resikonya, bahkan jika itu berarti kematian bawahannya! Di medan perang, terperosok dalam perintah dan kekerasan yang tidak masuk akal, pertempuran sengit Touri untuk bertahan hidup terus berlanjut…
