Kenapa ?karna dia mempunyai ingatan fotografi yang disebut “Shutter Eye”(Shutter seperti shutter kamera).Dia bertemu Niko Kurihara,cewek protagonis yang tidak menyukai cowok dan ahli dalam seni bela diri dan tentu saja cantik.Utsuru mencoba untuk membuktikan kepada niko kalau dia bukan cowok yang seperti dia pikirkan sehingga dia bisa mengambil fotonya.
